Design Manager - Infrastructure

About the role

The Design Manager – Infrastructure will lead the planning, coordination and management of all engineering processes for Nesma & Partners projects. The role ensures technical excellence, project success and efficient operations while complying with schedules, quality standards and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and cascade engineering strategy into operating plans, ensuring alignment with other departmental strategies.
• Lead the full engineering project life‑cycle from concept to delivery, coordinating with clients, stakeholders and project managers.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and ensure compliance with ISO procedures, codes and standards.
• Drive safety, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across all engineering activities.
• Manage policies, procedures and controls to meet legislative and corporate requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent English communication skills.
