Senior Supervisor – Heavy Lifting & Rigging

About the role

The Senior Supervisor will develop and implement rigging plans, provide technical expertise for lifting operations, and ensure compliance with safety standards. This role supports site teams with engineered solutions for safe, efficient heavy lifts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review lifting plans and detailed studies during FEED and execution phases.
• Coordinate lifting schedules with project teams and ensure alignment with material deliveries.
• Supervise safe execution of all heavy lifting operations on‑site, both onshore and offshore.
• Interface with crane suppliers and logistics teams to guarantee timely mobilization and demobilization.
• Maintain documentation, inspection records, and certifications for all lifting activities.
• Utilize lifting simulation software and AutoCAD to design and validate complex lifting plans.

Required profile

• 0‑4 years of relevant experience in heavy lifting or rigging roles.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using lifting simulation software.
• Knowledge of international lifting standards (BS, ASME, API, LOLER).
• Ability to assess crane capacities and rigging techniques.
