Designer & Graphics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Designer & Graphics Specialist to join 2P’s branding and digital teams. The role will support brand development, UI/UX design, motion graphics and multimedia content across multiple platforms, helping the company accelerate digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse design requirements from stakeholders and end users.
• Review existing brand assets and propose visual improvements.
• Create brand guidelines, style guides and design systems for consistency.
• Design high‑fidelity UI/UX interfaces and digital assets using Figma.
• Produce motion graphics and video content with Adobe After Effects.
• Translate business and marketing needs into impactful visual solutions.
• Collaborate with development and marketing teams to ensure proper implementation.
• Participate in design reviews, testing and feedback sessions.
• Provide post‑design support, including editable source files and templates.
• Prepare reports on project progress, design trends and creative challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer or UI Designer.
• Strong understanding of branding methodologies and UI/UX principles.
• Excellent communication, creativity and analytical thinking.
