Developer Portal & Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Developer Portal & Community Manager to own and evolve our open‑hardware developer portal. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will act as the bridge between engineering teams and a global community of developers, contributors, and enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Own, structure, and continuously improve the Developer Portal to keep it accurate, organized, and useful.
• Translate internal engineering discussions, technical updates, and product changes into clear public documentation.
• Maintain wiki pages, GitHub repositories, and other developer‑facing resources across multiple sub‑projects.
• Participate in engineering meetings to stay aligned with development work and product direction.
• Moderate community contributions, discussions, issues, and pull requests to ensure quality and constructive collaboration.
• Collect and synthesize community feedback and relay insights back to internal teams.
• Help developers navigate the portal, contribute effectively, and engage with the ecosystem.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication with a proven ability to produce clear technical documentation.
• Strong ability to break down complex technical concepts into simple, structured explanations.
• Comfortable working closely with engineers across hardware and software domains.
• Good interpersonal skills to extract key insights from technical discussions.
• Organizational mindset focused on structure, clarity, and information architecture.
• Genuine interest in developer tools, open‑source ecosystems, and transparent development cultures.

Required skills

• Git (including branches, commits, and pull‑request workflows)
