DevOps Engineer – Infrastructure & Networking

About the role

We are seeking a mid-level DevOps Engineer to join our Riyadh office, focusing on enterprise on-premise infrastructure, networking and firewall management. The role is hands-on, operational and involves supporting and automating our compute, storage, virtualization and container platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support on-premise compute, storage and virtualization environments, providing L2/L3 operational support.
• Manage incident response, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, system upgrades, patching and capacity planning.
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot enterprise network components including VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP and load balancing.
• Administer firewalls and security appliances – create and optimise rules, NAT, site‑to‑site and remote‑access VPNs, and enforce network security policies.
• Operate and support Kubernetes clusters in on-premise or hybrid settings, handling networking, ingress, services and node issues.
• Deploy and maintain containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes, assisting application teams with runtime problems.
• Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Ansible and Terraform, and support CI/CD pipeline reliability.
• Monitor infrastructure, network and platform health with enterprise monitoring tools, analysing logs, metrics and alerts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with enterprise infrastructure and networking.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, virtualization, and container technologies.
• Experience with firewall management, VPN configuration and network security controls.
• Proven ability to work within change‑management and release processes in production environments.
• Good analytical skills for incident handling, root‑cause analysis and capacity planning.
