DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to own the reliability, security and delivery infrastructure for our healthcare platforms. The role spans our Hospital Information System, web portals, mobile back‑ends and data services, requiring a strong focus on auditability and uptime in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for backend services, web front‑ends, mobile apps and data services.
• Manage release workflows across development, staging, UAT and production with proper approval gates.
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments on self‑hosted and cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Ansible, Terraform) for repeatable, auditable environments.
• Install, configure and manage Linux servers (Ubuntu/RHEL) hosting application components.
• Deploy and operate monitoring and management agents across the fleet.
• Apply OS security hardening based on CIS benchmarks and NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls.
• Schedule and implement security patch updates and provision least‑privilege administrative accounts.
• Implement backup, retention and recovery processes and conduct regular restore drills.
• Define network and perimeter security requirements and configure firewall policies.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior DevOps professional with experience in regulated environments, preferably healthcare.
• Strong security mindset, comfortable handling protected health information (PHI) under CBAHI, NPHIES and NCA ECC requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and security teams and respond quickly to operational incidents.
