About the role

The IT Vehicle Services Technical Portal & EPC Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting vehicle service platforms, including the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC), Guided Diagnostic Solution (GDS), and related technical portals. The role ensures accurate and efficient service operations across the dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, product teams, and vendors to update technical content and diagrams.
• Administer and maintain EPC systems and GDS technical portals.
• Ensure accurate parts and service data availability for dealer use.
• Manage the Catalog Management System (CMS) to keep vehicle parts and service data up‑to‑date.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate escalation with IT or vendors.
• Map parts data to vehicle models and VINs correctly.
• Support integration of EPC/CMS with dealer management platforms for real‑time data exchange.
• Use tools such as Postman to test and validate APIs used in EPC and CMS integrations.
• Provide documentation and training to dealer service teams on portal usage.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with data governance, version control, and publishing standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service operations or technical support.
• Experience with EPC systems and technical documentation platforms.
