DevSecOps Platforms Engineering Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on technical leader to own and evolve our DevSecOps platforms. You will guide the design, implementation, and operation of the core toolchain that enables development teams to build, test, secure, deploy and run applications efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on DevSecOps platforms across the organization.
• Define the strategy and roadmap for the DevSecOps toolchain and platform services.
• Architect, implement and drive adoption of automated build, test, security scanning, deployment and monitoring solutions.
• Champion infrastructure‑as‑code practices using Terraform or Pulumi.
• Oversee scaling and management of container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, EKS, AKS and GKE.
• Implement and operate observability stacks (ELK, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, etc.).
• Integrate security tooling (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA) into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Collaborate with development, security and operations teams to improve delivery speed and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering or software development with a strong automation focus.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and security best practices.
