DevSecOps Platforms Engineering Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on DevSecOps Platforms Engineering Manager to lead the design, automation, security, and optimisation of the platforms that enable our engineering teams to deliver software quickly and safely. This remote position will shape our DevSecOps strategy, improve developer productivity, and champion automation and security best practices across the software delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for DevSecOps platforms and engineering best practices.
• Define and execute the roadmap for DevSecOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and platform services.
• Design, implement and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Manage cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP and oversee Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Integrate security testing tools (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA) into pipelines and maintain observability solutions (ELK, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog).
• Collaborate with development, security and operations teams to streamline delivery processes and improve developer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering or software development with a strong focus on automation.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
