About the role
The Diabetes Educator Specialist provides education, training, and ongoing support to patients living with diabetes as well as to healthcare professionals. The role focuses on ensuring safe and effective use of diabetes management devices and therapies, aiming to improve patient outcomes, treatment adherence, and overall satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver patient education and product training on diabetes management devices and therapies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient engagement and support.
- Conduct patient follow‑up, provide clinical support, and monitor treatment progress.
- Prepare reports, track metrics, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Health Education, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field.
- 2–5 years of experience in diabetes education, patient support, healthcare training, or medical devices.
