Digital Daily Banking & CASA Growth SME

About the role

The Digital Daily Banking & CASA Growth SME will lead a cross‑functional team to design, launch and optimise digital banking products and services for retail customers in Saudi Arabia. The role combines programme governance, data‑driven customer segmentation, digital onboarding and loyalty initiatives to drive growth of CASA balances and daily banking usage.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead a multi‑disciplinary working group (CX, Digital, IT, Operations, Marketing, Retail, MIS, Compliance, HR, Finance) and manage KPIs, governance calendar and escalation processes.
• Build and maintain analytical dashboards tracking daily logins, transaction frequency, CASA balances and engagement metrics.
• Analyse financial behaviours of salaried and non‑salaried segments, benchmark peer banks and design differentiated value propositions for Gold and Diamond tiers.
• Map the current account‑opening journey, identify pain points and redesign a digital‑first onboarding flow, including migration from the Verse youth app.
• Identify UX/UI gaps across mobile and web channels, prioritise improvements and hand‑off specifications to delivery teams.
• Design and pilot a loyalty programme, integrate it with the credit‑card platform and monitor adoption.
• Lead bancassurance partnership strategy, conduct ROI modelling, negotiate contracts and manage SAMA regulatory approval and API integration.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, cross‑functional programmes in digital banking or fintech.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into product strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across senior business units.
• Deep understanding of Saudi banking regulations, especially SAMA requirements.
