Digital Manager – Middle East & North Africa

About the role

As a Digital Manager for Accor’s hotels in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the Levant, you will lead the digital and e‑commerce strategy across the region, driving online revenue and enhancing the guest’s digital journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual digital strategy and budget for direct and indirect distribution channels.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue, PR and F&B teams to align digital initiatives with commercial objectives.
• Create and implement quarterly and annual e‑commerce and digital marketing plans.
• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, metasearch and influencer channels.
• Monitor, analyse and report performance of digital channels, ensuring KPIs and ROI targets are met.
• Manage the hotel’s digital presence on websites, social platforms and online travel agencies.
• Oversee CRM and email marketing for rooms, F&B and other outlets in line with brand standards.
• Work with the Revenue team to maintain rate parity and optimise channel performance.
• Handle online reputation management and respond to market feedback.
• Conduct competitor analysis, identify trends and recommend growth opportunities.
• Use data‑driven insights to improve the end‑to‑end customer journey.
• Promote adoption of the Accor App to increase direct bookings.
• Collaborate with external agencies and technology partners to deliver digital initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends and propose innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
