Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing & E‑Commerce Specialist will own MMT’s online presence, drive digital campaigns and manage the Shopify store for our precision measurement and industrial technology solutions. Working on‑site in Al Khobar, you will collaborate with sales, technical and management teams to boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media, content scheduling and audience engagement.
• Run email marketing automation workflows and track performance.
• Maintain and enhance the company Shopify store – product uploads, specifications, images and landing pages.
• Improve website UI/UX, navigation and overall structure.
• Research and write technical product descriptions for measurement devices and industrial equipment.
• Implement on‑page and technical SEO, conduct keyword research and manage Google Search Console.
• Align marketing activities with product positioning and sales objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and e‑commerce, preferably in an industrial or technology environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent written communication for technical and marketing content.
• Team‑player who can coordinate with cross‑functional departments.
