Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead full‑funnel performance campaigns for our agency’s regional brand clients. Based in Riyadh, you will translate commercial goals into profitable digital growth while maximizing return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, programmatic and email channels.
• Manage daily performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Snapchat and programmatic networks, optimizing CPA and ROAS.
• Audit live campaign data, budgets and tracking configurations to eliminate variance and improve measurement accuracy.
• Collaborate with creative and copy teams to produce high‑converting assets and build granular analytics dashboards for stakeholders.
• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients and senior agency leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive performance‑marketing experience within a professional marketing or advertising agency.
• Expert‑level knowledge of paid search, paid social, SEO and email automation ecosystems.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Data‑driven mindset with proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams under tight deadlines.
