Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead Cenomi Centers’ digital marketing initiatives, boost brand awareness, and drive customer engagement across online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of the annual digital marketing plan, KPIs, budget, policies, and procedures.
• Lead strategy, development, and optimisation of digital touchpoints such as the website and social media to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies to increase engagement, brand visibility, footfall, and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with mall management and cross‑functional teams to align content with events, promotions, and brand guidelines.
• Manage integrated digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising, leveraging CRM and marketing automation for segmentation and personalization.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, acquisition costs, ROAS, and other KPIs to continuously optimise results.
• Oversee agencies, vendors, and strategic partnerships while staying current on digital trends and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a digital marketing role, preferably in retail, consumer products or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of developing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Highly creative with strong organisational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
