Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to own and grow our presence on LinkedIn and X, run paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads, and support omnichannel marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute multi‑channel campaigns that drive measurable results for our technology solutions business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand our LinkedIn and X accounts: schedule posts, create content, and engage the community.
• Plan, set up, and continuously optimise paid campaigns using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
• Write compelling copy for social posts, advertisements, and campaign assets.
• Lead and support the execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Track, analyse, and report performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR and conversions, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content with product launches and other marketing activities.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably B2B.
• Hands‑on experience owning campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
• Google Ads certification and proven ability to plan and execute omnichannel campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills for social and ad formats.
• Comfortable using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insights.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
