Digital Marketing Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead our paid advertising efforts across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The role focuses on driving growth, increasing sales and maximising return on ad spend for our e‑commerce portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain.
• Allocate and manage large multi‑country budgets, shifting spend based on performance, ROAS and sales opportunities.
• Develop performance‑marketing strategies, media plans and budget forecasts to meet sales targets in each market.
• Monitor daily metrics, analyse conversion rates, CPS and CPA, and produce performance reports using GA4 and platform analytics.
• Ensure tracking set‑up (pixels, CAPI, conversion events) is accurate and collaborate with e‑commerce, content and design teams.
• Supervise the digital marketing team, overseeing execution quality and results.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in performance‑based marketing and managing paid campaigns across multiple GCC markets.
• Proven track record of handling large advertising budgets and making data‑driven allocation decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret GA4 data, attribution and conversion metrics.
• Background in e‑commerce, preferably retail or cosmetics/fragrance.
