Digital Marketing Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead our paid advertising efforts across Saudi Arabia and the GCC markets. The role focuses on driving growth, increasing sales, and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) through strategic campaign management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries (UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain).
• Oversee campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and other digital platforms.
• Allocate and optimise substantial advertising budgets across markets, platforms, campaigns and products.
• Develop performance‑marketing strategies to meet sales targets while maximising ROAS.
• Monitor daily performance, analyse metrics such as Conversion Rate, CPO, CAC and sales, and reallocate budgets based on results.
• Create media plans and budget forecasts to achieve country‑specific sales goals.
• Analyse product, audience and creative performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure tracking tools (pixels, CAPI, conversion events) are correctly implemented.
• Coordinate with e‑commerce, content and design teams to align campaign objectives.
• Supervise the digital marketing team, ensuring execution quality and performance.

Required profile

• Strong experience in performance marketing and paid campaign management.
• Proven track record managing large advertising budgets across multiple markets.
• Experience with multi‑market campaigns in Saudi Arabia and GCC preferred.
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads; proficiency with TikTok and Snapchat is a plus.
• Solid data‑analysis skills for budget allocation and scaling decisions.
• Advanced understanding of GA4, tracking, attribution and conversion measurement.
• E‑commerce background, preferably in retail or beauty/fragrance.
• Strong capabilities in media planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
