Digital & Social Media Specialist

About the role

The Digital & Social Media Specialist will drive Albawani’s online presence by creating, publishing, and optimizing content across social platforms and the corporate website. This role supports the Marketing & Communication department in building brand awareness and engaging target audiences throughout Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities on LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other social channels, including content creation, scheduling and community interaction.
• Maintain and update website content using the company CMS, ensuring SEO‑friendly structure and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce digital assets such as banners, emailers, videos and social posts.
• Design and execute digital campaigns across organic and paid channels, including Google Ads and email marketing.
• Monitor trends, track engagement metrics and respond to audience inquiries in a timely manner.
• Analyse performance data with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Insights, preparing monthly KPI reports.
• Identify insights, recommend improvements and implement best practices to boost reach and conversion.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple digital channels and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to brand guidelines.
