Digital Transformation Consultant

About the role

Khibraty is looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant in Riyadh to lead and support digital transformation projects for public sector clients. The consultant works with clients to assess their digital maturity, design transformation strategies and roadmaps, and help them realise the value of digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with public sector clients to assess digital maturity, identify challenges and develop tailored transformation strategies.
• Design and implement target operating models, digital roadmaps and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to promote innovation and adoption of digital solutions.
• Support the execution of digital strategies through performance management and KPI tracking.
• Assist business development by preparing proposals, presentations and digital transformation solutions for potential clients.
• Develop clear communication materials and present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, government regulations and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on digital transformation in the public sector.
• Experience developing digital strategies, operating models and implementation frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage mid-to-senior level stakeholders.

Required skills

• Digital governance, agile methodologies and organizational change management.
• Business case development, value realization and KPI-driven performance management.
• Knowledge of AI, cloud computing, data analytics and automation.
