Digital Transformation Officer – Enterprise Architecture

About the role

2P is seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Officer to steer enterprise architecture initiatives and align technology with business strategy across its Saudi Arabian operations. The role will champion digital modernization, ensuring compliance with national frameworks such as NORA and industry standards like TOGAF.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, governance models, and roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy.
• Lead digital transformation and enterprise modernization programs, driving business process re‑engineering.
• Conduct architecture assessments, evaluate current and future‑state designs, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure alignment with NORA and TOGAF standards and best practices.
• Mentor and lead the Enterprise Architecture team and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Prepare executive‑level reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Enterprise Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of national (NORA) and international (TOGAF) architecture frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
