Director of Business Growth

About the role

Boxon is seeking a seasoned Director of Business Growth to spearhead expansion initiatives across Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, forging long‑term partnerships, and establishing the company’s presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts throughout Saudi Arabia with a focus on sustainable growth.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities into lasting client relationships.
• Develop proposals, deliver senior‑level presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cross‑departmental alignment.
• Represent Boxon at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
• Research and map business strengths, customer needs, and viable revenue streams.
• Report on performance, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement growth strategies tailored to the KSA market.
• Plan and manage resources required to achieve growth objectives.
• Set up Boxon's Saudi Arabia office, including hiring and mentoring the business growth team.

Required profile

• Proven track record in senior business development or growth leadership roles.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent leadership and team‑building skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Experience negotiating high‑value deals and presenting to senior executives.
