Director of Engineering – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Director of Engineering to lead the engineering organization at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will shape the technical strategy, drive excellence, and ensure delivery of high‑quality, scalable solutions that support the resort’s luxury guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering teams across the resort’s facilities and technology platforms.
• Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Design and other cross‑functional leaders to prioritize initiatives.
• Oversee the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable systems supporting guest services, property management, and wellness amenities.
• Implement best practices, improve development processes, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in engineering, preferably within hospitality or luxury service environments.
• Strong track record of building and scaling high‑performing technical teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
