Director of FF&E & OS&E for Hospitality Portfolio

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is building a landmark entertainment and hospitality destination in Saudi Arabia. The Hospitality Business Unit seeks a senior leader to provide functional leadership and strategic oversight for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) across its hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end FF&E and OS&E delivery from design and budgeting through operational readiness, ensuring alignment with development timelines.
• Provide functional direction on integration requirements, coordinating operational priorities and execution across internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, standardize and continuously refine operational frameworks, methodologies and delivery approaches for scalable hospitality development.
• Manage cross‑disciplinary interfaces, mitigate risks and enable integrated decision‑making.
• Lead lifecycle oversight including planning, budgeting, sourcing, logistics, installation, asset tagging and handover.
• Review design specifications, conduct value engineering and material selection to optimise cost and guest experience.
• Drive strategic procurement activities, supplier engagement, tender support and production oversight.
• Plan logistics, warehousing, customs coordination and ensure alignment with operator, brand and asset‑management requirements.

Required profile

• Experienced professional with a proven track record in FF&E and OS&E for hospitality projects.
• Demonstrated ability to provide functional leadership and strategic oversight across large‑scale developments.
• Strong capability in coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
