Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing Saudi technology and cyber‑security services provider seeking a commercially strong FP&A leader. Reporting to the CFO, the Director will shape financial planning, executive reporting and strategic decision support to drive profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long‑range planning, translating strategy into financial targets.
• Own executive reporting, monthly business reviews and leadership dashboards, delivering variance analysis and performance insights.
• Conduct profitability analysis across customers, services and deals, supporting pricing, commercial proposals and investment cases.
• Manage cash forecasting, liquidity planning and working‑capital performance, identifying opportunities to improve cash discipline.
• Establish and track KPIs for growth, margin, utilization, recurring revenue and cash, driving a performance‑focused operating rhythm.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to the CFO and senior leadership, developing FP&A capability and reporting standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with commercial, operations and finance teams to enhance planning and decision support.

Required profile

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with deep FP&A expertise.
• Proven track record in executive reporting, business planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Strong experience in profitability analysis, pricing and commercial finance.
• Ability to translate business strategy into robust financial plans and actionable insights.
