Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead finance strategy for a large‑scale, PIF‑backed manufacturing organization. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will provide critical financial insights, drive performance, and support long‑term growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards and executive reporting to drive performance management.
• Deliver financial modelling, business case evaluations and strategic decision support.
• Monitor capital expenditure, project finance and investment performance.
• Prepare Board, shareholder and executive management reports.
• Analyse business performance, identify risks and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Procurement, HR, Legal and Projects to ensure financial governance.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing FP&A and business performance function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• Preferred professional qualifications: MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, ACCA or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business planning or performance management.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure or project‑financed organisations.
• Proven track record working with executive leadership, Boards and investors.
