Director of Total Rewards (Group Level)

About the role

We are partnering with a large, established Saudi organisation to hire a Director of Total Rewards. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will lead the Group‑level reward strategy, shaping compensation, benefits, executive rewards and incentive programmes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the Group Total Rewards strategy, philosophy and governance framework.
• Design compensation architecture, job grading, salary structures and market positioning.
• Develop executive compensation recommendations and oversee short‑term and long‑term incentive programmes.
• Manage annual salary, promotion and incentive review cycles.
• Lead benefits strategy, optimisation and implementation.
• Provide reward analytics, ensure internal equity and support pay‑for‑performance decisions.
• Prepare senior‑level reward governance recommendations for executive and Board stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading Total Rewards in complex, multi‑business or multinational organisations.
• Proven expertise in executive compensation, compensation frameworks, incentive design, market benchmarking and reward governance.
• Ability to operate confidently with senior executives and Board members.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC is highly advantageous.
