Director, Revenue

About the role

The Director of Revenue for Wadi Safar will act as the strategic architect of revenue optimisation for one of the world’s most ambitious ultra‑luxury destinations. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape and execute a forward‑looking revenue strategy that maximises profitability while preserving brand integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall revenue strategy across all properties and segments within Wadi Safar.
• Drive total revenue optimisation for rooms, suites, ancillary spend and emerging revenue streams.
• Provide strategic guidance on pricing, positioning and demand generation aligned with the brand vision.
• Lead dynamic pricing, yield management and inventory allocation to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Own forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking, delivering data‑driven insights to leadership.
• Oversee distribution strategies across direct channels, OTAs, luxury consortia, wholesale and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure rate integrity and optimise channel mix to reduce acquisition costs and increase profitability.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience in luxury hospitality or comparable ultra‑luxury environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market dynamics into actionable strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills to partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance.
• Track record of setting revenue targets, KPIs and performance frameworks.
