Dispute Resolution Lawyer – Riyadh

About the role

Winson Partners & Legal Consultants is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join its Riyadh team. The role focuses on handling cross‑border trade, labor, contract and construction disputes, providing both litigation and arbitration support for Chinese enterprises operating abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Manage dispute resolution matters, including litigation, arbitration and related proceedings.
• Conduct legal research, case investigations and evidence analysis.
• Draft legal memoranda such as complaints and defenses, and retrieve relevant case law.
• Liaise with Saudi government authorities, customs, police and public prosecution offices.
• Provide legal consulting to clients and respond to inquiries independently.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of legal experience in law firms, courts or related institutions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Saudi administrative processes and ability to coordinate with government agencies.
• Proven ability to communicate directly with clients and handle legal inquiries.
• Experience with Chinese clients or knowledge of the Chinese legal market is preferred.
