Disputes Associate (1-3 PQE) – KSA National – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a KSA‑qualified lawyer to join our growing dispute resolution practice in Riyadh. The role offers early responsibility on high‑value construction, infrastructure, commercial and transport disputes, both domestic and international.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers on contentious and advisory matters for employers, contractors, operators and commercial clients.
• Support disputes arising from major infrastructure, transport and commercial projects, including roads, rail, ports, logistics and utilities.
• Participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as international arbitration, mediation, conciliation and expert determination.
• Prepare matters before regulatory and specialist tribunals.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, statements and other court documents under supervision.

Required profile

• KSA national with a Saudi law qualification.
• 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience in dispute resolution, litigation or arbitration.
• Interest in construction, infrastructure, transport and commercial disputes.
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
