Divisional Parts Manager – Machinery Division

About the role

The client, a leading business conglomerate in Dammam, is looking for a senior Divisional Parts Manager for its Machinery Division. You will own the parts P&L, drive market‑share growth, and ensure high parts availability while maintaining disciplined inventory and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Increase parts exploration % across the installed base and improve market share.
• Maintain high parts availability for customers and internal service teams, balancing working‑capital constraints.
• Full accountability for the divisional Parts P&L, controlling inventory investment, ageing, and provisioning risk.
• Lead structured inventory reviews, mitigation initiatives, and procurement logic.
• Configure ERP standards, govern purchasing rules, and enforce demand‑led ordering.
• Provide functional leadership to Inventory Control & Planning.
• Ensure parts sales support strong billing and AR compliance, preventing revenue leakage.
• Own ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance for the parts function and close audit findings.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in parts leadership within machinery or capital‑equipment industries.
• Proven track record of managing a Parts P&L and inventory governance.
• Strong financial acumen and systems literacy.
• Degree in supply‑chain, engineering, or business.
