Divisional Service Manager – Machinery Division

About the role

Our client, a leading business conglomerate in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Divisional Service Manager to lead the Machinery Division. You will be responsible for growing service market share across the installed base, ensuring profitable and compliant service operations throughout the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Increase service exploration percentage for all represented OEMs.
• Expand preventive maintenance, contract coverage, and lifecycle services.
• Convert reactive customers into structured service relationships.
• Own the Service divisional P&L, including labour revenue, margins, productivity, and absorption.
• Define labour rate structures and service pricing models.
• Develop and govern the divisional service strategy and standard operating procedures.
• Set technician productivity and utilisation standards and oversee training frameworks.
• Ensure strong billing, cash discipline and minimise AR risk in collaboration with Finance.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance and close audit findings.

Required profile

• 10+ years of service leadership experience in machinery or capital equipment industries.
• Proven accountability for Service P&L and installed‑base growth.
• Experience working in ISO‑certified, audited environments.
• Engineering or technical degree.
• Strong financial, governance and matrix‑operating capabilities.
