Driller – Field Operations Support

About the role

The Driller will support drilling operations at field sites by operating drilling equipment and assisting the drilling team. The focus is on safe, efficient execution of drilling programs and maintaining equipment performance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate drilling equipment and machinery under the supervision of the Senior Driller.
• Support the execution of drilling programs and monitor parameters such as speed, depth, and equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and report malfunctions.
• Inspect, clean, maintain, and store drilling equipment properly.
• Handle drilling tools, pipes, and materials; assist with site preparation and setup.
• Maintain a clean and safe drilling environment and follow all HSE policies.
• Identify and report hazards, unsafe conditions, and incidents.
• Maintain drilling logs, operational records, and required reports.

• Basic knowledge of drilling operations.
• Ability to operate drilling tools and equipment safely.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical ability to work in demanding outdoor/industrial environments.
