Driller – Oil & Gas Operations

About the role

The Driller is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of drilling rigs in Saudi Arabia. This role includes supervising crew members, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and control the drill rig and associated systems to maximize drilling and tripping efficiency.
• Supervise rig crew activities, providing training, expectations, and performance feedback.
• Maintain drilling rigs in clean, orderly condition and ensure all safety equipment is functional and correctly positioned.
• Prepare and submit daily drilling operation reports.
• Oversee equipment repairs and ensure proper well‑control practices are followed.
• Implement and monitor safety and security measures for personnel, assets, and IT resources.
• Stay current with required Workday trainings and company safety standards.
