Dynamic Waiter/Waitress – Guest Service Professional

About the role

We are seeking energetic and self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join our restaurant team as Waiter/Waitress. In this position you will deliver professional, discreet and personalized service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus and take orders in accordance with hotel service standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the outlet’s menu to advise guests and suggest pairings.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously, aiming for satisfactory resolution.
• Prepare the service area before, during and after shifts (mise‑en‑place, mise‑en‑scène) and ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are met.
• Control waste, breakage and spoilage, and uphold equipment upkeep.
• Apply up‑selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, or vocational training in Food & Beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Good command of English; strong interpersonal and guest‑service skills.
• Positive attitude, ability to stay calm under pressure and attention to detail.
