Dynatrace Consultant – Monitoring & Observability

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Dynatrace expert to lead monitoring and observability initiatives for our digital banking platform. You will ensure real‑time visibility, proactive alerting, and deep technical insights across production environments, helping to improve performance and reliability of mobile and web services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end Dynatrace dashboards covering front‑end, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain dashboards aligned with business KPIs such as transaction success, response time, error rates and user activity.
• Develop and optimise DQL queries to extract actionable insights.
• Create user‑journey funnels, configure Session Replay and analyse real‑user behaviour.
• Implement anomaly detection, smart alerting and integrate notifications with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, PagerDuty).
• Enable Digital Support teams with monitoring dashboards and first‑level troubleshooting training.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA and engineering to embed Dynatrace into CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuously improve monitoring maturity while ensuring data‑privacy and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Dynatrace experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to build production‑grade dashboards and monitoring solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in banking, fintech or other regulated sectors (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical insights into business‑relevant KPIs.
