E-commerce Operations & Migration Specialist (Salla)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on E‑commerce Operations & Migration Specialist to lead the migration of our perfume and fragrance online store from WooCommerce to the Salla platform. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia and includes end‑to‑end management of the new store after launch.

Key responsibilities

• Audit the existing WooCommerce catalog (products, categories, images, SKUs, stock, attributes).
• Export, clean and organise product data; maintain a master product database in Excel.
• Migrate >1,000 products, images, descriptions, prices, variations and categories to Salla.
• Identify and resolve duplicate items, missing information, SKU mismatches and pricing errors.
• Perform test migrations, verify data accuracy and create URL‑mapping files for 301 redirects.
• Configure domain, payment gateways (Tabby, Tamara), shipping providers (Aramex), VAT, invoices and store notifications.
• Conduct full test orders, keep the WooCommerce store active until the Salla store is approved.
• Manage daily product updates, bulk price/stock changes via Excel/CSV and monitor orders and payments.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in e‑commerce operations or data migration.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and work on‑site.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience with perfume or retail product catalogs is a plus.
