E-Commerce Specialist – Online Store & Marketplace Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Specialist to own and grow our online store and marketplace presence. You will be responsible for managing product listings, driving traffic, and increasing sales across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update the online store on Zid or Salla, including product uploads, descriptions, images, pricing, and categorisation.
• Maintain the brand’s presence on marketplaces such as Noon, Amazon, and Trendyol – handling inventory, orders, and customer reviews.
• Ensure product data accuracy and compliance with each platform’s policies and standards.
• Optimise listings to improve visibility, ranking and conversion rates.
• Support and execute digital marketing activities across social media and paid campaigns.
• Monitor competitors’ pricing and promotional activity and recommend improvements.
• Track daily sales performance and coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to keep inventory aligned.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing e‑commerce stores on Zid or Salla.
• Experience managing marketplace accounts (Noon, Amazon, Trendyol or similar).
• Good understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail in product data and listing quality.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret reports and act on insights.
• Team player with solid time‑management skills.
