About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Ecommerce Shipping Agent to join our Supply Chain team. In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end shipping process for online orders, ensuring customers receive their purchases on time and in perfect condition.
Key responsibilities
- Process online customer orders and oversee accurate picking, packing, and shipping.
- Coordinate with courier companies to schedule deliveries and update tracking information.
- Resolve shipping issues, handle returns, and respond to customer inquiries related to deliveries.
- Maintain shipping records and support efficient warehouse and fulfillment operations.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in e‑commerce, fulfillment, or logistics (preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of shipping processes and courier coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
