Economic Advisor (Real Estate)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Economic Advisor to lead the creation and delivery of economic analyses for the real estate sector. You will produce quarterly and annual reports, market studies, and impact assessments that guide strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish quarterly and annual economic reports focused on real estate.
• Produce market reports with actionable insights and key economic indicators.
• Create and review economic impact assessments for ongoing and completed projects.
• Design and manage project‑specific impact studies to support investment decisions.
• Utilize and maintain Oxford Economics models to forecast sector and macro‑economic trends.
• Coordinate strategic economic projects with internal teams and external consultants.
• Provide expert recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis.
• Monitor policy and economic developments affecting real estate locally and globally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Real Estate, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in economic advisory or research, preferably within real estate.
• Hands‑on experience preparing impact assessments and market reports.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
