Educator Manager (Professional Products Division)

About the role

As an Educator Manager for L'Oréal Professional Products Division, you will empower salon professionals across Jeddah by delivering high‑impact training on our beauty products, techniques and business strategies. You will work closely with commercial and education teams to boost salon performance and reinforce the L'Oréal brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead dynamic training sessions – in‑salon, at the academy or online – covering product knowledge, cutting‑edge techniques and retail sell‑out strategies.
• Partner with salon partners to increase their turnover through technical up‑skilling and business coaching.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent and exceptional L'Oréal Professional experiences for stylists and their clients.
• Collaborate with business partners to create tailored education plans and onboard new partner salons.

Required profile

• Highly experienced hairdresser with deep understanding of salon services, especially hair colour.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Female candidate, as the role operates within female‑only institutions.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with both clients and internal teams.
