EHS Specialist I

About the role

The Quality, Lean & HSE Specialist will lead and coordinate quality, continuous‑improvement and health, safety and environment initiatives across Parker Hannifin’s Saudi manufacturing site. The role focuses on promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with local standards, and driving performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a visible safety culture through floor presence, coaching and proactive hazard recognition.
• Lead quality standards implementation to meet local manufacturing requirements.
• Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies, programs and procedures.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections and incident investigations, driving corrective and preventative actions.
• Support warranty monitoring by providing technical support and cost estimates.
• Monitor key performance indicators, maintain audit‑ready documentation and report on EHS, quality and LEAN metrics.

Required profile

• Relevant education in Health & Safety, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
• Experience with local legislative standards, audits, permit‑to‑work systems and emergency preparedness.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage staff at all levels.
• Proven ability to identify hazards, assess risk and implement effective controls.
