About the role
The Electrical Engineer will supervise and manage all electrical maintenance activities within the plant, ensuring reliability and availability of equipment while complying with HSE guidelines and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor preventive, corrective and overhauling work on plant electrical equipment to guarantee continuity and reliability.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, implement corrective actions, and minimize downtime.
- Develop a condition‑based preventive maintenance culture through troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
- Design, develop, test, install, commission and oversee maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and prepare technical documentation.
Required profile
- Experience in managing electrical maintenance within an industrial setting.
- Ability to lead a team, coordinate with other engineering disciplines and drive continuous improvement.
