Electrical Engineer - Tissue Paper Manufacturing

About the role

An experienced Electrical Engineer is sought by a client of Agile Consultants to support electrical maintenance at a tissue paper manufacturing facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role covers troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment, reading drawings and supporting plant shutdowns and commissioning. The salary is SAR 14,000 - 16,000.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical motors, drives, Motor Control Centers (MCCs) and other electrical equipment used in tissue paper manufacturing.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Identify electrical faults and support corrective maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Support planned plant shutdowns and electrical maintenance activities.
• Assist with equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for safe and efficient operation of electrical equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1-3 years of electrical engineering experience in the tissue paper manufacturing industry.
• Previous hands-on experience in a tissue paper manufacturing plant is mandatory.

Required skills

• Knowledge of electrical motors, drives, MCCs and industrial electrical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with plant shutdowns, installations and commissioning.
• Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
