Email Marketing Manager

About the role

The Email Marketing Manager will lead lifecycle marketing initiatives for a fast‑growing consumer brand in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, you will own email, SMS and subscription strategies that nurture first‑time buyers into loyal advocates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and scale multi‑channel lifecycle programs that boost retention, engagement and revenue.
• Own the email and SMS strategy, including campaign calendars, automated flows and lifecycle communications.
• Design, build and optimise customer journeys such as welcome, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post‑purchase, cross‑sell, upsell, subscription, win‑back and re‑engagement.
• Manage SMS campaigns and continuously improve conversion performance.
• Create advanced segmentation and personalization rules based on behaviour and lifecycle stage.
• Collaborate with creative, growth, product and CX teams to produce compelling content.
• Define and execute an experimentation roadmap covering subject lines, offers, timing, segmentation and creative assets.
• Analyse performance data, build dashboards and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in lifecycle, email or retention marketing.
• Data‑driven mindset with a proven track record of building high‑performing retention programs.
• Strong execution skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
