Emergency Medicine Product Specialist - Jeddah

About the role

The Emergency Medicine Product Specialist will support the growth of the Emergency Medicine division by delivering product training and sales support to distribution partners across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. Reporting to the Country Sales Manager in Riyadh, the role combines technical expertise with commercial activities to drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product training and technical support to distributors and end‑users, both virtually and in‑person.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical education sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Medical Affairs to identify education opportunities and develop commercial tactical plans.
• Target key accounts, attend customer meetings and conferences, and build a network of Key Opinion Leaders.
• Support the expansion of the customer base and develop new accounts across Saudi Arabia as the business grows.

Required profile

• Degree in life‑sciences, engineering, business or a related field.
• Proven experience selling or supporting medical devices, preferably in surgery or emergency medicine equipment.
• Strong team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
