About the role

The Emergency Nurse 3 provides advanced‑level nursing care within the emergency department of Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare. This position supports operational processes, maintains high standards of patient care, and collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care for complex emergency cases.
• Mentor and precept junior and intermediate nurses, supporting their professional development.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and participate in evaluating patient outcomes.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, protocol development, and patient safety improvements.
• Maintain required activity points for Level 3 as defined in the Clinical Advancement Program.
• Provide patient and family education while respecting privacy, dignity, and cultural preferences.
• Respond promptly to emergency and lifesaving situations using critical thinking and evidence‑based practice.
