Employee Engagement Project Lead (Jeddah)

About the role

As the Employee Engagement Project Lead based in Jeddah, you will connect L’Oréal’s Saudi workforce to the company’s strategy, purpose, and culture. You will design and deliver communication experiences that reinforce the employer brand and inspire employees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out the employee engagement roadmap in partnership with HR and senior leadership.
• Create modern, human‑centric content (video, digital, LinkedIn) to showcase corporate narratives and achievements.
• Lead project management for flagship internal events such as Town Halls, Family Day, Citizen Day and Ethics Day.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build an employee advocacy program that turns staff into brand ambassadors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Excellent writing and editorial skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven project‑management experience, especially in events or communications.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement abilities within a matrix environment.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to measure success and inform strategy.
• Creative spirit eager to transform traditional corporate communications into authentic engagements.
