About the role
The Employee Relations Specialist will support the Sales Department by fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters within the Sales Department.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and workplace issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide guidance to managers and staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations.
- Process employee‑related transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and other relevant systems.
- Manage resignation processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
- Coordinate financial clearance for departing employees with Finance and other departments.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support performance management, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and cross‑functional teams to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Required skills
- Experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, and GOSI platforms.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
