Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

The Employee Relations Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a fair and confidential handling of workplace issues. This role supports the organization’s compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies while fostering a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Investigate employee complaints and conduct timely, confidential inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
• Manage and prepare employee contracts via the Qiwa platform, including new hires, renewals, and amendments.
• Monitor Saudization (Tawteen) compliance, track Nitaqat status, and support localization initiatives.
• Support disciplinary processes, including warnings, terminations, and appeals, with proper documentation.
• Advise managers on performance and behavioral issues.
• Maintain accurate employee relations records and reports.
• Coordinate with legal advisors on complex cases when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR, preferably in real estate or construction within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa platform processes, and Saudization (Tawteen/Nitaqat) regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Qiwa platform for contract management.
